As June is traditionally the quietest month on Koh Tao, a lot of the locals take their holidays. Most of the staff of Thailand Gap Year Internships were no different. Professional HD Underwater Video Instructor Trainer, Elisabeth, and Freedive Instructor Trainer, Monica, just passed along some photos to me of their great trip to Khao Sok National Park on the Thai mainland.

I was too busy to go (not to mention uninvited) as I was running 11 fantastic PADI Instructor Candidates through their IDC back on Koh Tao. As per the usual, they all passed their Instructor Exams with flying colors.

We run our Cave Diving trips to Khao Sok and I’ve been looking to get back for some more great dives. It looks like there’s as much to see above the surface as there is below. Our next cave trip will be coming up soon. A few of the guys doing their internships are really excited to getout there. I think it’s probably going to be worthwhile to take a few extra days to do some hiking around the park next time! Thanks for the photos ladies… now get back to work!
